In the years 2006- 2009, my focus was on teaching, commissions, publications and exhibiting in selected shows.

During that time I devoted myself to developing new fiber techniques, particularly felt sculpture. I was interested in experimenting, stretching the limits of felt, and discovering methods to produce new textures and forms. Simply stated, in my studio I concentrated on the process, not the product.

My latest series, "Mortal Flora," is the result of this study.
